Borden stayed red hot, winning its third consecutive road game and sixth straight overall by toppling host Springs Valley, 56-30.

Clarksville was finally able to get back into the win column on Saturday night, beating Washington Catholic at home, 62-49.
The Generals (6-13) grabbed a 23-14 advantage through one quarter and held a 35-23 cushion at halftime — helping end a three-game losing streak. Full Story

Jordan Ogle scored 47 points and McKayla Barber had 33 points and 33 rebounds in two games as Columbus East won its second straight regional crown.
The Olympians topped Seymour, 82-67 in the semifinal, before knocking off Martinsville in the title game, 63-48.
The 11th-ranked Olympians will face No. 5 Carmel -- an upset winner over No. 1 Ben Davis -- in next Saturday's Southern Semistate. That game will be played either at Southport or Jeffersonville. Austin sophomore Chelsea Jones scored 55 points in two games, leading Austin to its first regional championship since 1999.
The Eagles topped Tell City in the morning session, 65-52, then held off Eastern Greene, 67-62 in the title game.
Austin will face Class 2A's No. 1 team, Heritage Christian -- the two-time defending Class 2A champions -- in next Saturday's Southern Semistate. Like in last week's Sectional 30 title game, Corydon Central made a big fourth-quarter run in its Class 3A Regional semifinal game against Vincennes.
This time, however, the Panthers came up just short in a 65-60 loss.
Corydon trailed Vincennes, which went on to win the regional over Gibson Southern, by as many as 16 points in the third quarter. The Panthers got back within three points with the ball, but failed to convert on a shot in the lane with 10 seconds remaining. The Alices clinched the victory at the free throw line.
